摘 要:研究了球磨粉的特点和普通球磨粉与超细粉的差别 ,并根据不同粒度焦炭的吸附性计算出其粘结剂的最佳需要量。结果表明 ,- 0 .0 75mm球磨粉需要粘结剂量是 2~ 1mm焦炭需要粘结剂量的 3.8倍 ,是 4~ 2mm焦炭需要粘结剂量的 4.2倍。同时还计算了由不同粒度焦炭构成的糊料的真密度 ,- 0 .0 75mm球磨粉构成糊料的真密度低于 0 .5~ 0 .15mm及 0 .15~ 0 .0 75mm焦炭构成糊料的真密度 ,但明显高于 4~ 2mm焦炭构成糊料的真密度。 - 0 .0 75mm球磨粉的含量对炭素制品的性能有明显的影响 ,其含量适宜时 ,炭素制品的体积密度、抗折强度及弹性模量最高 。The characteristics of the ball milled powder and the difference between common powder and superfine powder were studied.The optimum binder content for different coke powders in various granularity was calculated on the basis of the powder's absorbing capacity.It was found that for -0.075 mm powder's,the binder content is 3.8 times higher than that for 2~1 mm granule and 4.2 times higher than that for 4~2 mm granule.The true density of paste mixed with various granularity coke was also calculated.The true density of paste from -0.075 mm powder is lower than that from 0.5~0.15 mm particles and from 0.15~0.075 mm particle,but obviously higher than that from 4~2 mm particles.The content of -0.075 mm ball milled powder has obvious influence to the performance of graphite product. With an optimum content of the ball milled powder in the paste,high bulk density and high flexure strength and high elastic modulus of carbon products could be achieved while the resistivity is lowest.
