摘  要:综述炼钢用石墨电极在工作中消耗的主要原因 ,分析了电极消耗和电极质量的关系。指出了原材料质量的重要性 ;提出了添加炭纤维改善电极强度 ;改进电极接头形状 ,减少接头故障 ;The principal reasons for the consumption of graphite electrodes in steel production are reviewed.The relation between the consumption of graphite electrode and its quality is analyzed.It is found that the quality of raw materials plays an important role.It is pointed out that the following measures should be taken into account in order to improve the quality of graphite electrodes and to reduce their consumption in steel production.These include adding carbon fibers to improve the electrode strength,changing the shape of electrode joints to eliminate or decrease accident possibility,using the ultrasonic wave technique in production process to control the quality of graphite electrodes.
