摘 要:混凝剂必须具备良好的电中和能力和架桥网捕能力。采用Al-ferron逐时络合比色法和微电泳技术 ,研究了不同制备工艺对混凝剂聚硅氯化铝 (PASC)水解产物铝形态分布及带电特性的影响。结果表明 ,采用碱化聚合法 ,PASC水解产物中多核羟铝配合物的含量增大 ,Alb 的质量分数从 7 6 2 %增至 8 45 %、10 35 % ,Alc 的质量分数从 6 5 6 9%增至 6 6 5 0 %、70 86 %。zeta电位明显变大 ,例如在水溶液pH =7 0时 ,zeta电位的绝对值从 7 5mV变为 17 5、30 3mV。从而使PASC具有更好的架桥网捕和电中和潜力。Coagulant must have the favorable ability of arching and charge neutralization. The effects of aluminum species distribution and charged characteristic of hydrolysis products of coagulating agent polysilicic alumina chloride (PASC) produced by various preparation methods were investigated by the Al-ferron timed complex colorimetric method and the method of microelectrophoresis. It was shown that by basifying polymerization, the multinuclear hydroxy aluminum content in the hydrolysis products of PASC accreted, the mass percent of Alb increased from 7.62% to 8.45%-10.35%, and that of Alc from 65.69% to 66.5%-70.86%. Zeta-electric potential bumped up evidently, for example, the absolute value of zeta-electric potential changed from 7.5 mV to 17.5-30.3 mV when the pH value of aqueous solution was 7.0, so that PASC had good potentiality of arching and charge neutralization.
