热硫化型硅橡胶海绵胶料发泡压力曲线的探讨

摘　　要：利用MDR - 2 0 0 0型硫化仪研究了硅橡胶海绵胶料的发泡压力曲线。如果表明 :以发泡剂H和尿素作为发泡体系 ,以过氧化二苯甲酰作为硫化剂时 ,发泡压力经过取大值后达到平稳状态 ,说明发泡 -硫化体系是匹配的。发泡剂H的最佳用量为 6 5份 ,发泡 -硫化的合适温度为 15 0～ 16The pressure curves of expanding of thermal-vulcanized foam silicone rubber were tested with MDR-2 000 curemeter. The results showed that by using foamer H and urea as blowing system, and using dibenzoyl peroxide as cure agent, the pressure first attained to the biggest value, and than got into smooth and steady state, this showed that the foaming-vulcanization system was right. The optimum level of foamer H was 6.5 phr, and the suitable temperature was 150～160℃.
