摘　　要：通过改进NBR2 30S聚合过程中所用的乳化体系 ,提高了胶乳的稳定性 ,改善了生产过程中挂胶严重、后处理过程中胶乳流失量大、污水COD值严重超标的状况 。By regulating the emulsifier system of NBR230S,the stability of the latex has been improved and many problems during NBR production such as reactor sticking,serious loss of latex during coagulation,COD of the waste water exceeding the standard seriously have been resolved.The NBR plant could run in a long period steadily and the NBR quality could be improved.
