摘 要:通过乳液共聚合的方法合成了 N-苯基马来酰亚胺 /甲基丙烯酸甲酯 /苯乙烯三元共聚物 ,将其与PVC共混得到耐热 PVC共混物 ,研究了共聚物组分含量对 PVC共混物的力学性能、流变性的影响 ,用TBA、TGA对共混物的耐热性进行了表征 。Terpolymer of N Phenylmaleimide(PMI), styrene and methyl methacrylate(MMA) were synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The thermal properties of PVC blendes with terpolymer have been investigated by TGA, TBA and Vicat softening point tester. It shows that the glass transition temperature( T g) and Vicat softening point of the blends increase with the increasing of terpolymer content. The mechanical properties and rheological behavior were also determined. The results show that the mechanical properties of the blends increase with the increasing of terpolymer content and the rheological behavior decrease with increasing terpolymer content. The compatibility of blend system was also investigated by TBA and SEM.
