摘　　要：观察球型芽孢杆菌2362和苏云金杆菌H -14杀灭蚊虫幼虫效果。方法 :小型孳生地现场试验。结果 :现场实验结果显示 ,Bs.2362按10mL/m2 施药 ,第3d、7d校正密度下降率分别为84.44%和92.86% ;水沟中按20mL/m2施药 ,第3d、7d校正密度下降率分别为99.68%和100%。Bt.H -14按10mL/m2施药 ,第3d、7d校正密度下降率分别为83.33%和61.55% ;水池中按20mL/m2 施药 ,第3d、7d校正密度下降率均为100%。Observe the effect of Bs.2362 and Bt.H-14 in killing mosquito larva. Field test in small mosquito multiplying places.The field test shows that if put Bs.2362 in proportion of 10mL/m2, the lower rate of adjust density on the 3rd and 7th day is 84.44% and 92.86% respectively; if it is put in proportion of 20mL/m2 in ditch, the rate is 99.68% and 100% respectively. For Bt.H-14, if put in proportion of 10mL/m2, the lower rate of adjust density on the 3rd and 7th day is respectively 83.33% and 61.55%; if put it in proportion of 20mL/m2 in cistern, the lower rate on both day is 100%.
