摘  要:通过测定杜仲二次梢扦插条在不定根形成过程中糖和氮的含量 ,与一次梢进行对比 ,分析扦插生根过程中插条内物质间的相互转换和营养水平的动态变化规律 ,结果表明 :二次梢插条在不定根形成过程中营养物质进行着快速而复杂的转换 ,总糖和总氮的变化具有与一次梢相似的营养变化趋势 ;愈伤组织和不定根的形成需消耗大量的糖类物质 。Carbohydrate content and nitrogenous content of the Eucommia ulmoides newly twigs were determined in the course of cuttage rooting and the author analyzed the regular pattern that several kinds of organial matter transformed and their levels changed in this article.The study make known that quickly and complicated conform were made between these kinds of matter in the second newly twig cutting.The variation tendency of total sugar content and total nitrogen content is same to the first newly twig cuttings'.It needed a plenty of sugar to consume for the root taken form.It was even more important that reducing sugar was accumulated before rooting.
