摘  要:在小型流动反应器中研究了不同煤粉及其煤焦对富燃料再燃区 NO异相还原的影响。实验中选用的再燃燃料为小龙潭褐煤、富拉尔基褐煤和大同烟煤及其煤焦 ,以及添加不同催化剂的大同烟煤焦。实验在初始 NO浓度为 10 0 0× 10 - 6 、反应温度分别为 90 0℃和 110 0℃条件下完成。实验结果表明 ,褐煤及褐煤焦对 NO的还原能力明显强于烟煤和烟煤焦 ,煤粉挥发分含量、煤焦颗粒的比表面积和煤灰中的金属氧化物含量都对 NO还原有重要的影响。在煤再燃中异相机理对The effect of different pulverized coals and chars on NO heterogeneous reduction in the fuel rich stage of reburning was studied in a bench scale flow reactor. In the experiments were used three pulverized coals and its chars and bituminous char with appended catalysts as reburning fuel. Experiments were completed at an initial concentration of 1000×10-6 and reactor temperature of 900 and 1100°C. It was found that tignite and its char have their NO reduction efficiency higher than those of other coals and chars. The content of volatile in coals, surface area of the chars and the content of metal catalyst in ash are all important factors affecting the NO reduction efficiency. In the reburning zone using pulverized coals and chars, the heterogeneous mechanism may be an important contributor to NO reduction.
