摘 要:在稳流模拟试验台上 ,利用研制的缸内三维流场测量装置 ,运用热线风速仪测量了四气门柴油机缸内不同高度横截面的三维流场 ,通过对大量试验数据的分析 ,揭示了四气门柴油机缸内涡流的形成过程及气门开度对其影响的变化规律。四气门柴油机缸内涡流主要由气缸周边处的强气流产生 ;缸内主涡流出现在两进气道气门的下方 ,随气门开度的增大而增强 ;副涡流出现在远离进气门的一边 ,随气门开度的减小而增强 ;当缸内空气主涡流动量矩流率与缸内空气总动量矩流率近似相等时 ,就形成了始稳面 ;This paper carries out a lot of extensive experimental study on the stationary flow test by using the hot wire anemometer (HWA).Through the analysis of in cylinder three dimensional flow field of four valve diesel engine,the law of in cylinder swirl formation process and its results under the effects of the changes of valve lift is obtained.In cylinder swirl is mainly formed by the strong air flow near the cylinder wall.In cylinder main swirl appears below two intake port valves,it is stronger along with the higher of the valve lift.The subsidiary swirl is formed far from the valve,the lower of the valve lift,the stronger of the swirl.When the main swirl angular momentum flux is about equal to in cylinder air total angular momentum flux,stable swirl formation interface is shaped.The distance from cylinder head basal plane to the stable swirl formation interface increases when the valve lift decreases.
