烟台市农村城镇化的现状与发展

摘　　要：分析了改革开放以来 ,烟台市农村城镇化的主要特点及存在的问题。指出走集中型城镇化道路是推动烟台市农村城镇化进一步发展的重要途径。为此 ,要以市区为依托 ,重点建设县 (市 )城区和中心镇 ,优化小城镇的空间结构 。The author analyzed the main characteristics and problems of the rural urbanization of Yantai since the reform and opening, pointing out that aggregated urbanization is the major pathway for advocating further development of the rural urbanization of Yantai. Therefore, relying on the urban districts, we need to concentrate on the development of counties and central towns, optimize the spatial structure of small towns, and emphasize the quality of the rural urbanization as well.
