摘 要:成功的新产品开发必须有科学的产品策划。采取创新战略的汽车企业需要合理选择新产品开发项目、定义项目范围和开发周期、分配开发资源.使项目组合符合企业战略。通过借鉴发达工业化国家学术界和企业近年来在产品策划领域取得的研究成果和经验,结合我国国情提出了汽车产品策划的一般过程模型和常用技术.并应用于国内某汽车制造企业的产品策划决策。A new successful product developing must has a scientific product planning. The automotive enterprises who are taking the new creation strategies need to select reasonably the new product developing projects, define the project scope and developing cycle time distribute the developing resources and make the projects combination and grouping conform with the enterprise strategy. Using the research results and experiences obtained by the developed industrialized country s academic circles and enterprises in product planning field in recent years for reference and combining our state conditions, the general process model and common used technologies for automotive product planning are put forward and used in the product planning decision in a domestic automotive producer.
