摘　　要：东风7型机车在保质期内发生曲轴轴承烧损现象比较频繁 ,文中提供了烧损情况统计 ,并对烧损原因进行了分析。烧损原因包括保养不当、部件故障、滤清器堵塞、轴瓦质量不高、配合间隙不合适以及柴油机异常振动等。Burning of crankshaft bearings of DF 7 locomotives within warranty period happened comparatively frequently. The burning statistics were proposed. The burning reasons were analyzed. The reasons include inappropriate maintenance, component failures, filter blockage, bad crankshaft bearing shells, inappropriate fit clearances, abnormal diesel engine vibration and etc. Based on the specific reasons, the preventive measures were laid down.
