摘　　要：探讨动水关阀的类型、功能、工艺流程和正常及应急工况下的实现方法，并对增强其控制可靠性提出建议。The types, functions, technological flow of dynamic water shut－off valve and the implementation method under both normal and urgent conditions are investigated. Some suggestions on strengthening the control reliability are given.
