摘　　要：造纸厂测定植物原料多戊糖含量都是采用国家标准方法 (容量法 )测定 ,该文初步探索用分光光度法测定多戊糖的方法 ,并就影响显色反应的因素和测定条件进行探索和选择 。The testing method for pentosan content of plant fiber is a national standard testing method(volumetry),which has been used by paper mill.This article initally discusses the testing method for pentosan content with spectrophotometry,and factors which influence the developing reaction.The testing conditions are chosen tovestablish a initial fesible method for pentosan.
