摘  要:对辽宁东部山区混合阔叶木APMP制浆机理进行了研究。实验结果表明:混合阔叶木成浆后,各化学组分的含量明显减少,因而使成浆得率明显偏低。对制浆各段二氧六环木素的光谱分析表明:在制浆过程中,H2O2 破坏了木素中的共轭羧基使白度提高,但同时又生成了一定量的非共轭羰基和羧基并保留在浆中。This paper studied the mechanism of alkaline peroxide mechanical pulping of mixed hard wood which includes Quercus, Manchurian and birch growing in Liaoning eastern mountain area,by using chemical analysis,IR and UV to observe the changes in quantity and structure of some components in pulping process. It showed that each chemical component was dissolved partially out of the wood during the course of pulping,which leaded to the lower pulp yield. And there were some conjugated carbonyls which made the raw material appear deep in color, but most of them were broken by H2O2 bleaching in pulping, at the same time, some new unconjugated carbonyls and carboxyl were produced and remained in the pulp.
