摘  要:通过对中粗号高紧度织物进行高压上浆与常压上浆对比 ,总结出高压上浆可提高纱线的耐磨性、降低压出回潮率 ,认为浆料配方采用PVA 1799、PVA 2 0 5MB、酸解淀粉三者配合可达到高浓低粘的上浆要求。提出采用高压上浆必须要在上浆辊、压浆辊轴承及材质等方面作相应的改造 ,以配合高压上浆的顺利进行。Comparing high pressure sizing with normal pressure sizing in middle count & high tightness fabric,the conclusion had been made that high pressure sizing could improve abrasion resistance of yarn,and at the same time reduce squeezing moisture regain.The paper put forward that adopting the mixture size of PVA 1799,PVA 205MB,acidolysis starch could meet the needs of sizing by high concentration & low viscosity.In addition,pointed out some modification,such as sizing roller axis,squeezing roller axis and their material,should be made in high pressure sizing,so as to make the process get along smoothly.
