差减凝胶渗透色谱在药物品牌鉴定上的应用

摘　　要：差减凝胶渗透色谱 (DifferentialGelPermeationChromatography ,简称D GPC)是一种新的色谱方法 ,它与普通凝胶渗透色谱 (GPC)的差别在于 ,D GPC以标准试样溶液作淋洗剂 ,样品溶液作进样试液 .D GPC谱图是经色谱柱分离后样品溶液与标准试样溶液同时在尺寸和浓度上的差示结果 ,若样品溶液与标准试样溶液完全等同 ,则差示信号为零 ,即谱图与记录基线重合 ;若样品溶液与标准试样溶液不完全等同 ,则谱图不与记录基线重合 ,这时由谱图的形状和尺寸可以对差异作出定性和定量的描述 .本文以两种品牌不同 ,但标称组成完全相同的 1 8 氨基酸注射液为例 ,具体介绍了D GPC在药物品牌鉴定上的应用 .Two brands of amino acid injections containing 19 components were compared by Differential Gel Permeation Chromatography (D GPC) method which uses one injection as eluent and the other as injected sample solution. The D GPC experiment shows that there are obvious differences between the two injections although they have the same nominal compositions and indiscriminative GPC chromatograms.
