高芳烃原料催化裂化废水脱酚预处理研究

摘　　要：:针对高芳烃辽河油田原油催化裂化装置产生的高浓度含酚废水进行脱酚预处理。研究表明 ,用相应原油所产焦化粗柴油做萃取剂 ,最佳萃取条件为 :p H值中性 ,温度 t=1 5～ 40℃ ;脱酚率达 85%以上 ,萃取后的粗柴油依据现有工艺进行加氢精制 ,不需再生等后处理。整个工艺简单易行 。The de-phenol pretreatment was done for high concentration phenol-containing wastewater from FCCU. The results showed that when coking diesed oil is used as extrantant, the optimum extracting conditions are: pH: neutral; temperature: t=15-40℃; phenol removal rate: over 85%. The rude diesel oil after extranting was processed through hydrofining, and regeneration etc.posttreatment processes are no longer needed. Whole technical process is smple and easy to operate and can meet the requirements of pretreatment.
