摘  要:从山西省临汾市及其郊区 ,收集了 1 51 8份健康人的头发样品 (年龄从新生儿到 70岁 ) ,用原子吸收光谱法测定其锌 (Zn)和铅 (Pb)的含量。结果表明 :女性头发中锌的含量高于男性 ,而男性头发中铅的含量高于女性。从婴儿组 ( <1岁 )到青春发育组 ( 1 5-1 9岁 ) ,发锌含量随着年龄的增长而增加 ;从青春发育组到老年组 ( 61 -70岁 ) ,发锌含量随着年龄的增长而降低。新生儿头发中含铅量最低 ;从新生儿到幼儿期 ( 1 -2岁 ) ,发铅含量随着年龄的增长而增加 ;从幼儿期开始 ,随着年龄增长 ,发铅含量不断下降。这些结果意味着 ,人体中铅与锌可能是相互拮抗的。结果还表明 ,城市居民 (除新生儿外 )的发铅含量高于郊区居民的发铅含量 ;然而 ,城市和郊区居民的发锌含量未见差异。The hair of 1518 healthy subjects between newborn and 70 yr old living in Linfen city and the surrounding rural area in Shanxi province,North China,was analyzed by means of a flameatomicabsorption spectrophotometer method in order to determine the concentrations of zinc(Zn)and lead (Pb).The collected samples were subdivided on the basis of age,sex and place of residence (urban and rural).In female hair, the contents of Zn were higher than that in male, but the hair Pb concentrations of males were slightly higher than those of the females. Age seems to have different influence on the two elements. The maximum amount of hair Zn was found generally in newborns. From the baby group (<1yr) to the puberty group (15-19yr), Zn levels in hair increased with age and then Zn levels decreased with age from the puberty group to elderly group (61-70 yr).The hair Pb levels in newborns were the lowest,increased with age from newborn to infant (1-2 yr) and then decreased with age from infant to the elderly. It was shown that the hair Pb and Zn levels were inversely related in various age groups, suggesting that there is possibly antagonism between Pb and Zn in human body. The results also showed the hair Pb levels of subjects living in the urban area, except for newborns, were higher than those of subjects residing in the rural area. However, no difference between the hair Zn contents of the populations residing in urban and rural areas was found.
