摘  要:在大量试验的基础上以废料为主配制成了廉价胶凝材料双灰粉。通过双灰粉取代部分水泥和全部石灰膏用于拌制不同标号砂浆的配比试验 ,得出了不同标号掺双灰粉砂浆的最佳配比。双灰粉对于改善砂浆的流动性和保水性有较好的效果 ,试验配制的不同标号水泥双灰粉砂浆可以达到甚至超过普通水泥石灰砂浆的强度性能 ,与普通砂浆相比 ,掺双灰粉砂浆具有利废节能、方便清洁的优点 ,会产生良好的经济。Based on lots of experiments,a new gelling agent,called two lime material or low strength grade cement,was made,which was composed with fly ash,phosphogypsum,quick lime and additives.Through experiments of different proportions of mortar with cement,two lime material and sand as raw materials,consistency and layer building were tested according to the rule of National Standard.The results showed that the mortar of 25 #~150 # could be produced as long as all raw materials were made up well and the mortar had good workability.Practical cost showed that the mortar with two lime material replacing part of cement and whole lime has good economic,society and environmental benefit.
