摘　　要：在简要介绍了上海港散装液体危险货物储运作业发展的基础上 ,分析了码头装卸作业中存在的防污染问题 ,提出了“三道防线”是防止污染的有效措施。Based on a brief introduction of storage and transport of bulk liquid dangerous goods in shanghai port,problems about pollution prevention existed in terminal handling are analyzed and it's presented that the “Three Passes'is an effective measure to prevent pollution.
