溶胶-凝胶法制备锆铁红颜料主要工艺条件的优选探讨

摘　　要：通过对用溶胶凝胶法在低温下合成锆铁红颜料试验结果的分析 ,提出了Si(C2 H5O) 4的预水解、发色剂与矿化剂的引入以及颜料烧成工艺过程优选控制参数。确定了颜料的主晶相。By analysing the test results of the low temperature synthesizing of the Fe-Zircon pigment powders using the sol-gel method,It is presented that better process control parameters of Si(C\-2H\-5O)\-4 pre-hydrolyzed,the choosing of colouring agent and mineralizer and the pigment firing process, the principal crystalline phase of pigment is determined.
