摘  要:本文讨论了添加NH4 VO3 的MnO -PbO -ZnO系统虹彩釉的工艺过程 ,探讨了釉浆细度、施釉方法、釉层厚度和烧成工艺制度等对釉性能的影响 ,认为该组成虹彩釉最合适的釉浆细度为万孔筛筛余 0 0 3 % ,最佳施釉方法为浸釉和喷釉 ,釉层厚度 0 3 5mm ,最佳烧成温度 1 1 80 -1 2 1 0℃ ,最佳保温温度 860℃左右 ,保温时间 1 0 -1 5分钟。This article has researched the technologic process of introducing ammonium metavanadate(NH 4VO 3)into manganese oxide-lead oxide-zinc oxide(MnO-PbO-ZnO)system and some factors of influencing glaze properties,such as fineness of glaze slip,methods of glazing,glaze thickness and firing process schedule,etc.The results showed that the appropriate fineness of glaze slip was the residue by weight on 250 mesh sieve should not be more than 0.03%,the optimum glazing methods were pouring and sprinkling,and glaze thickness was 0.35 millimeters,the proper fining temperature was 1180-1210℃,the suitable keeping temperature was about 860℃,and keeping for ten-fifteen minutes.
