含羟磷灰石炭材料与软组织的相容性研究

摘　　要：将含羟磷灰石的炭材料植入 5只猪体内骨膜与肌肉组织结合的部位 ,研究这种含羟磷灰石的炭材料在动物体内与肌肉、脂肪以及骨膜等软组织的相容性。研究结果表明 :在 3只猪中 ,肌肉与植入材料的界面上有一层纤维性膜组织生成 ,纤维性膜组织及骨膜组织中还有毛细血管增生现象。本实验所使用的炭质材料含有两种组份 ,其一为炭 /炭复合材料 ,另一种为羟磷灰石细粉 ,其中羟磷灰石含量为 4 3%～ 6 1%The compatibility of carbonaceous materials containing hydroxyapatite with soft tissue,such as muscle,adipose tissue,and periosterum was studied.The carbonaceous materials containing hydroxyapatite were implanted into the boundary of muscle and periosterum of 5 pigs.The results show that the fiber membrane is found around the implanted materials in the 3 pigs.The phenomenon of hyperplasia of blood capillarity is also found in the fiber membrane and periosterum.The carbonaceous materials used in this study consist of two kinds of compositions:one is carbon/carbon composite,the other is hydroxyapatite powder.The hydroxyapatite content of the carbonaceous materials is 4.3%～6 1%.
