摘　　要：流程模拟与催化剂的开发联系在一起 ,研究下一代催化剂应该具备的性能。以Braun流程为研究实例 ,列出低水碳比用于该流程的能耗 ,说明能够但不明显节能的原因。在开发低水碳比催化剂系列的同时 。This article combines process simulation with catalyst development to study the performances of the next generation catalyst It provides a studied example of Braun process,and sets out the energy consumption of the low water/carbon ratio used to this process,and explains the reasons to be able to but not obviously save energy At the same time of developing low water/carbon ratio catalyst,we should study the corresponding unit process to save energy
