摘　　要：通过优化工艺操作和小改小革 (降低进系统的水量 ,强化传热、传质 ,优化成粒方式 ) ,降低成品磷铵含水量 ,使生产负荷在超设计能力 40 %的条件下稳定运行 ,产品合格率达 10 0 %。The moisture of the product ammonium phosphate has been reduced by optimization of the process operation and minor reforms (reduction of water entering the system, intensification of heat and mass transfer, optimization of granulation, so that the process runs steadily under a production load in excess of the design capacity by 40% and the product is 100% up to grade.
