摘　　要：对柠檬酸三正丁酯的合成进行了研究 ,对催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等条件进行了试验 ,找到了佳化工艺条件并进行了中试。在此基础上对柠檬酸三正丁酯的乙酰化反应进行了研究 ,对反应催化剂、原料进料比、反应温度、反应时间等条件进行了试验 ,找到了佳化工艺条件。为工业生产提供了必要的数据。This paper reports the experiment results on the synthesis and acetylization of tributyl citrate. The reaction conditions involving catalysts, material ratio in the feed, reaction time and temperature, were examined and the pilot test of synthesis of tributyl citrate was also performed, providing necessary data to the industrialization.
