摘 要:随着机械可靠性设计的发展,机械产品的可靠性设计自然也存在一个优化问题,从而使设计的产品在可靠度满足规定的前提下,其功能参数获得优化解。本文将现代设计方法中的可靠性设计理论与最优化技术相结合,提出了碟形弹簧的可靠性优化设计方法以弥补常规优化设计的不足。文中按照碟形弹簧的设计要求和工作条件,选定设计变量,建立了目标函数和约束条件的数学模型,并给出了碟形弹簧的可靠性优化实例。The reliability design of mechanical products has naturally the problem of optimization along with the development of mechanical reliability design. Thus the optimum of functional parameters of the products designed is found under meeting need of the fixed reliability. The reliability-optimization design method for belleville spring is put forward by the combination of reliability theory with optimization technique in modern. design methods so as to remedy the deficit of normal optimum design. According to the design requirements and the working conditions, the designing variables are determined and the mathematical model with objective function under constraint conditions esteblished and the reliability-optimization example of belleville spring is given
