摘　　要：本文从诸因素相互关联的角度 ,针对IP电话认证、计费实现中所牵涉到的四个主要问题进行了认真的分析 ,提出了解决方案 ,论证了方案的可行性和先进性 ,并在实际产品中通过测试。In this paper,after a careful analysis of four main problems related to authentication and accounting of IP telephony system,a new mechanism is proposed.The implementation bases on new protocol,system architecture,message flow and parameter transmission.It results in several advantages when compared to early method.The mechanism has already been put into reality and has passed the system test.
