摘　　要：就搬迁工程在查勘、设计中应注意的问题作了简要阐述和总结，并对网络改造、设备迁装、线路迁改等提出了一些建议。In this paper it expounds issues need pay attention to in the prospect and design of removal project and gives suggestions on the rebuild of network the removal and installation of equipment removal and rebuild of the lines．
