摘 要:研究了化学复合镀镍工艺中选择惰性粒子的原则 ,影响粉体粒子在化学复合镀中沉积的因素 ,不同的热处理工艺对复合镀层结构及硬度的影响。比较了几种不同化学镀与基体钢的滑动磨损的耐磨性 ,对因磨损失效的部分工模具进行Ni P SiO2 化学复合镀 。The choice principle of inert particle in the art of chemical compound nikelplating,the factors affecting the precipitation of micromeritics particle in the compound plating,the effect of different heat treatment process on the structure and hardness of compound plate are researched.Comparison with some experiments of the sliding wear of chemical plating and matrix steel,some cold dies which were made useless by wear are treated by Ni P SiO 2 chemical compound plating,their service lives can be considerably elongated.
