摘　　要：介绍了采用超厚钢板热模压制贯流式水轮机组的转轮壳体的方法 ,阐述了在30000kN压力机上分块压制转轮壳体的工艺方法 ,并提供了可以在实际工作中使用的压力计算公式。It introduced the method of applying over-thick armor plate as die to manufacture the shell of the turbines. The processing method of pressing and forming the shell in separate pieces on 30000kN press is introduced. It also provided the computing formula that can be applied in practice.
