摘　　要：防爆合金在易燃易爆工作环境下 ,不因剧烈冲击或摩擦产生火花而引发爆炸 ;还要具备良好的机械性能。在剖析了现有的几种防爆合金材料的性能的基础上 ,提出了研制新型防爆合金的途径 。On combustible and blast workplace, sparkle proof alloy must have characteristics as follows: the alloy don't induce spark and blast, and is have higher mechanical properties. Sparkle proof alloys must be used for parts, tools and maintain on combustible and blast workplace. This paper analyzed the capabilities of some sparkle proof alloys and gave the ways approaching of new type sparkle proof alloys, and discussed the research process on the alloy in detail.
