摘  要:采用自重送粉法在 45钢表面宽带激光熔覆Ni6 0B +30vo1%WC复合涂层 ,并进行现代显微分析。研究的结果表明 ,涂层熔覆区凝固组织主要组成相为WC ,W2 C ,γ Ni,M2 3C6 及M7C3,但随层深发生明显变化 ,扫描速度对涂层熔覆区表面组织形貌有很大影响 ;在干滑动磨损条件下 。Ni60B+30% WC composite coatings were produced by broad beam laser cladding with a gravity powder feed technique on 45 steel. Microstructure study of the coating was carried out by means of microanalysis technique. The results show that the solidified microstructure of the coating varies obviously with the change of depth, of which, the main phases are WC,W 2C,γ Ni,M 23 C 6 and M 7C 3. The change of microstructure with traverse speed mainly occurs at top zone of the coatings. On the condition of unlubricated sliding wear, the predominant wear mechanism of Ni60B+30% WC composite coatings is WC particle delamination and abrasive.
