摘　　要：论述了新形势下加快图书馆现代化、信息化建设的必要性和紧迫性 ,着重介绍了无锡轻工大学图书馆以“2 1 1工程”建设为契机 ,加快现代化建设步伐 。This paper describes the necessity and importance in speeding up the modernize in libraries under the new situation of “211 Project” building. It also introduces in detail the modern Information service system built in the library of Wuxi University of Light Industry.
