摘　　要：本文通过仔细分析农民增收难的原因 ,提出了用创新的方法帮助农民增收的观点 ,在分析创新对增收重要性的基础上 ,进一步提出了在思维方式。This article analyses the causes why it was so difficult for pbeasants to increase income,and puts forward the viewpoint which tries to help peasants increase income with the method of innovation,Based on the analysis,the article further points out the innovating measures in the spheres of the thought,behavior and means.
