摘　　要：本文通过调查山东省9所医院医疗服务价格减免机制的实施情况 ;分析其确定的目标人群及使用的方法 ,并对其优缺点作了评价 ,同时对如何完善目标人群确定机制提出了建议。Investigating the price derating system of medical services in nine hospitals in Shandong, the article analyzed target population and its filtering methods. After evaluating the methods, the authors gave some advice on how to perfect the filtering system.
