金泰冲剂对哮喘豚鼠TNF-α与sIL-2R水平及氧自由基代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨金泰冲剂对哮喘豚鼠肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)与可溶性白细胞介素Ⅱ受体 (sIL 2R)水平及氧自由基代谢的影响。方法 :建立豚鼠哮喘模型 ,分组测定血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中TNF α、sIL 2R、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)的含量。结果 :金泰冲剂可降低哮喘豚鼠血清及BALF中sIL 2R和血清TNF α水平 ,并使哮喘豚鼠血清及BALF中SOD含量回升 ,MDA水平下降。结论 :金泰冲剂可抑制炎性细胞合成sIL 2R ,并降低TNF α水平及减轻哮喘豚鼠氧自由基损伤 。Objective To investigate the effect of Jintai Granules(JTG) on the levels of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) and solube interleukin 2receptor(sIL 2R),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondiadehyde(MDA)in the asthma models of muinea pigs.Method The asthma models of guinea pigs were made.The guinea pigs were randomly devided into 4 groups:normal control,asthmatic control,aminophline treated control and JTG treated control.TNF α and sIL 2R in the serum and broncho alvelar lavage fluid (BALF) of the asthmatic guinea pigs were detected by ELISA,SOD in the serum and bronch alvelar lavage fluid(BALF) was detected with xanthine oxidase method and MDA was detected by using thiobarturic acid method.Result Compared with the asthmatic control's level,the contents of sIL 2R in the serum and BALF of asthmatic guinea pigs were significantly decreased.TNF in the serum was also decreased.Conclusion JTG could down regulated sIL 2R and lowered TNF α,decrease the damage of oxygen free redical This might contribute to alleviate the airway's inflammatory reation.
