摘　　要：目的 :定量评价心脉通胶囊治疗缺血性心脏病的疗效。方法 :将 39例患者随机分组 ,治疗组 2 0例 ,在常规治疗的基础上加用心脉通胶囊 ;对照组 19例 ,常规治疗。采用 99m TC-MIBI心肌断层显像定量评价缺血心肌面积。结果 :在获得的主要定量参数心肌缺损范围分数与严重程度积分方面 ,治疗组与对照组组间对比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :心脉通胶囊可以明显改善冠脉血流 ,增加心肌缺血区灌注 ,对缺血性心脏病有一定疗效。Objective:It is to quantiatively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xinmaitong capsule on myocardial ischemia.Methods: Thirty-nine patients were randomly divided into two groups which were Xinmaitong group with 20 cases and control group with 19 cases. The routine therapy was applied in the control group. Xinmaitong capsule, which was offered two capsules a time and three times a day, was added for patients in Xinmaitong group on the basis of regular treatment as control group. 99m TC-MIBI SPECT was applied for both to evaluate the scope of the ischemia myocardium.Results: There was significance difference between Xinmaitong group and control group (P<0.05) in the respects of the main available quantitative index on the ischemia scope and the score of severe extent. Conclusion:Xinmaitong capsule can obviously enhance the coronary blood flow, and increase the perfusion in the ischemia area, and it has a therapeutic effect on myocardial ischemia.
