摘 要:目的 :探讨“相对低热”持续作用所致深度烧伤的发生机制。方法 :通过麻醉大鼠背部去毛后置于电热恒温水箱内平置铝板上“低温烘烤”的方法 ,制造动物模型。结果 :通过实验发现 :( 1)动物模型皮下温度随持续烘烤时间的增加而升高 ,坐标图符合抛物线规律 ,特征符合指数曲线的配合方法。早期为皮下温度的快速增长期 ,10min温差达 5 0 %~ 65 %左右。 ( 2 )动物模型全厚皮比重随烘烤时间变化符合不规则双曲线、三曲线图形。提示变化规律受热源温度和体内循环系统变化的双重影响特征。 ( 3)病理检查发现此类动物模型全厚皮水肿、毛细血管扩张、出血、栓塞、变性、坏死变化显著。结论 :此类烧伤致深度烧伤的原因是 :( 1)热传导使皮下出现快速增长期升高 ,是造成深度烧伤的原发因素。 ( 2 )此类烧伤后毛细血管通透性增加 ,全厚皮水肿 ,组织变性是造成深度烧伤的主要继发因素。Objective: To study the mechanism of deep burn resulting from the sustained relation heat put on the surface of the body continuously.Methods: We have made an animal model by anaethetizing a mouse after defuring and putting on an aluminium plate in a electrothermal thermostactic water tank for low temperature baking.Results: From the experiment we discover① the temperature under the skin of the animal model rises when the continuous baking time increases.The coordinate chart tallies with parabola low and its character tallies with the coordination method of index chart.The early stage is the rapid increase period of the temperature under the skin.The temperature difference is up to 50 to 65 per cent after 10 minutes.② the specific gravity of the animal model’s whole skin tallies with irregular double chart and these chart according to the baking time.It suggests that the change low is influenced by both the heat source temperature and the body circulation system change.③ pathologic examination discover that animal model’s whole skin has notable edema,the blood capillaries expand,bleed,block,denature and necrose.Conclusion: From the above we can conclude that the reason of this kind of deep burn is ① heat conduction make the temperature under the skin rises in a rapid increase period,which is the initial factor resulting in deep burn.② the increase of the capillary’s penetrance,the edema of the whole skin and tissue denaturation are the secondary factor.
