摘　　要：目的 :探讨孕期TORCH感染对婴幼儿发育的影响。方法 :将经PCR及ELISA检测证实为TORCH感染的婴幼儿分为孕期感染组、先天性宫内感染组及正常对照组 ,对 3组智力发育及体格发育进行 3.5年的随访。结果 :孕期TORCH感染对婴幼儿的智力发育、头围及体格发育有严重影响 ,可导致出生缺陷的发生。结论Objective:To explore the effect of TORCH infected pregnant women on infant's development.Methods:PCR and ELISA technique were used.The infants were divided into three groups:the infected group by TORCH in pregnancy,the infected group by TORCH in uterus and the normal group.The infants of three groups were followed up on intelligent and physical development for 3.5 years.Results:TORCH infection affected the infants' intelligent,head circumference and physical development severely and could cause birth defect. Conclusions:It is important to examine innate TORCH infection early in pregnancy.It is helpful to prevent the long-term development defect of infants.
