摘 要:目的利用正常听力的雪貂作为动物模型,测试视力对水平方向绝对声音定位能力的影响。方法制造三种不同视力模型的成年雪貂,分别为正常视力、自幼无视力和成年后无视力,在特殊设计的声音定位测试环境中,比较三组动物的水平方向的绝对声音定位能力。结果自幼无视力成年雪貂定位声源的正确率明显好于成年后视力丧失的雪貂(P<0.01),与正常雪貂相比无明显差异。结论 在听觉、视觉发育成熟前,视觉的丧失对动物声源定位没有影响;相反,听觉和视觉发育成熟后的视力缺失对声音定位的影响非常明显。Objective To test hearing normal adult ferrets without sight for their ability to absolute sound localization in horizontal plane. Methods Three kinds of adult ferrets models with different sight normal sight, blind since childhood and blind in adult were involved. Their ability of absolute sound localization in horizontal plane in special designed chamber was compared. Results The accuracy rate of postnatal blind ferrets to localize sound was better than that in adult blind ferrets significantly( P < 0.01), and there was no significant difference with normal ferrets. Conclusion There was no effects on sound localization when sight was lost before auditory and visual grow - up, on the contrary, after auditory and visual grow - up, the blind showed a very remarkably effects on sound localization.
