摘　　要：目的　研究哺乳期乳腺的声像图特征与乳汁分泌的关系。方法　对 47例哺乳期乳腺进行超声普查。结果　乳汁量充足和中等主要见于间质型乳腺 (70 .8% ) ,多血流型和中等血流型占 10 0 %。乳汁量少和无的乳腺以中间型和导管型为主 (82 .4% ) ,少血流型占 10 0 % (P <0 .0 5 )。乳汁量充足组Vmax明显高于乳汁量少和无组 ,而RI显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) )。结论　哺乳期乳腺的导管小叶系统有一定特征 ,乳汁量与乳腺结构和乳腺血流有密切联系 ,这就为诊断哺乳期乳腺正常与病变与否提供了声像图的基础。Objective To study the relations between ultrasonic features of lactation breast and milk secretion. Methods Forty seven lactation women were general examined by ultrasonography. Results The lactation breasts of abundant and middling milk amount were chiefly mesenchyma types (70.8%), which had excessive and mid blood stream(100%).The lactation breasts of few and lack milk amount were mainly interphyletic and catheter types(82.4%),Few blood flow type accounted 100%( P <0.05).Vmax of abundant milk amount group was remarkably higher then few and lack group but the RI reduced obviously( P <0.05). Conclusion There were definite characters in conductor lobule system of lactation glands. The galactic amount correlated intimately with constitution and blood flow of lactiferous glands. [
