420例正常人血清载脂蛋白E浓度分析

摘　　要：目的　建立长沙地区血清apoE测定的正常参考范围 ,探讨apoE浓度与年龄、性别及冠心病的关系。　方法　采用免疫透射比浊法进行apoE浓度的定量测定。　结果　 42 0例健康人血清apoE定量测定的参考范围为 36 7±19 2mg L ;女性高于男性 ,其中男性为 34 9± 17 8mg L ,女性为 38 7± 2 0 0mg L ;不同年龄组间血清apoE浓度存在显著性差异 ,2 0岁以下组 <40岁以上组 <2 0～ 40岁组。 12 0例冠心病患者其血清apoE含量为 45 5± 18 2mg L ,与正常人比较存在显著性差异。　结论　建立了本地区血清apoE正常参考范围 ,以利于临床应用 ;不同年龄组间血清apoE浓度存在显著性差异 ;apoE可作为冠心病辅助诊断指标之一。Objective To establish the reference range of serum apoE in Changsha region,study relationship of the serum apoE concentration with age,sex and coronary heart disease. Methods The serum apoE were quantity detected by a immunoturbidimetry assay. Results The reference range of serum apoE in 420 health was 36.7±19.2ml/L;female was higher than male,male was 34.9±17.8mg/L,female was 38.7±20.0mg/L;serum apoE was significant difference between different age groups,age lower than 20year group<age higher than 40year group<age between 20～40tear group,120 coronary heart disease patients' serum apoE concentration was 45.5±18.2mg/L,its had significant difference compared with the health. Conclusion Established a normal reference range of serum apoE in Changsha region,for utilize to clinics;serum apoE was significant difference between different age groups;ApoE might be one of assistant diagnose target for coronary heart disease.
