摘　　要：目的　为了进一步研究感染发生规律 ,医院感染发生的危险因素 ,以降低医院感染发生率 ,同时为各层次领导服务提供必要的感染资料信息并与军卫一号工程接轨。方法　采用客户 /服务器模式、面向对象技术 ,在总结了多年来军队医院感染的工作经验基础上 ,研究开发出军卫一号分系统医院感染监控管理软件。结果　医院感染监控管理软件能对医院感染患者进行全流程监测、分析、统计、浏览、查询 ,形成图文并茂的动态监测图表 ,使医院感染控制人员从繁琐的资料汇总统计中解放出来 ,将主要精力投入到资料的分析、指导、解决实际问题上。结论　军卫一号分系统医院感染监控管理软件成为整个医院信息系统的一个组成环节 ,是一个医院医疗质量控制系统。OBJECTIVE In order to take further study of principles and risk factors of infection breakouts at hospitals to reduce infection breakout rates, to provide all levels of management with infectious information, and to connect with Jun Wui No.1 Hospital Information Subsystem (Jun Wui No.1 HIS) as well. METHODS The software has been developed through introducing the client/server model on the basis of experience obtained from many years of hard working at military hospitals. RESULTS It has the functions of monitoring, analyses, statistics, review, and inquiry; moreover it can automatically form dynamic charts with graphs. It has changed administrators′ job focus from time consuming routine data collections to analyses, instructions, and resolutions of actual questions. CONCLUSIONS The software is a part of hospital information system and dedicates to medical quality control system at hospitals.
