等离子喷涂/水热合成HA涂层的制备和模拟体液及体内实验

摘　　要：等离子喷涂磷酸氢钙涂层经过水热处理转化为羟基磷灰石 (HA)涂层 ,该涂层由高纯度的缺钙HA组成 ,结晶性高。水热合成HA涂层在模拟体液中的溶解性和结合强度衰减均低于等离子喷涂HA涂层 。Plasma sprayed CaHPO 4 coating can be converted into highly pure, calcium\|deficient hydroxyapatite(HA) coating with high crystallinity through hydrothermal treatment. In the simulated body fluid, the dissolution and bonding strength degradation of hydrothermally synthersized HA coating are less than those of plasma sprayed HA coating. In vivo test shows good biological property of the hydrothermally synthersized HA coating.
