摘　　要：利用可拓学的基本思想与方法 ,寻找策划过程中解决矛盾问题的规律 ,为策划研究提供理论和方法依据 ,形成形式化的可拓策划方法。Based on the basic ideas and methods of Extenics, the laws of solving contradictory problems in the course of planning are explored, the theoretical and methodological bases are provided for planning research and a formalized approach, called extension planning, is formed.
