摘　　要：文章结合我国城市规划的现行运行机制，提出从宏、中、微观三个层次进行城市公共设 施规划分析的方法，并发展了相应的数学模型。The article proposes a method to plan and analyze urban public utilities at macro, intermediate, micro levels and develops corresponding mathematical models according to the current operation mechanism of China urban planning.
