石英对粉煤灰合成P型沸石的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了石英的加入对粉煤灰合成沸石的影响 ,结果表明 ,在石英一粉煤灰 -NaOH溶液体系中 ,P沸石的衍射峰增强 ,结晶速度加快 ;在反应过程中 ,P沸石首先呈短柱状结晶 ,随着反应时间延长 ,结晶形态发生变化 ,由短柱状向菱面体过渡。This paper investigates the adding SiO 2 on crystallization of P-zeolite.The results show that the diffraction peak value of P-zeolite strengthens and the speed of crystallization accelerates in quartz-fly ash-NaOH solution system.In reaction process P-zeolite first appears the short column crystal and then the crystal pattern changes from short column to rhombohedron with reaction time lasting.
